Next Monday a lot of the schools are coming to meet for the first time since they were let out in May and June. Probably the biggest issue at the moment is about the Swine Flu outbreaks that just won’t go away. I’m writing this post to basically put it bluntly: Stop worrying about it and instead take actions to prevent it.
All the facilities that your teenager is going to everyday in and out have been forced to follow new cleaning rules. So in a sense, it’s actually more of what you do on the home front since they’ve got it under control.
You can keep all the hand sanitizer in their bags, but without making them focus more on having a healthy lifestyle (exercising and eating healthier), it won’t really do any good. This is a good time to try and build a good immune system that will help block the germs that lead to Swine Flu. Just going outside for like a hour a day does make a difference.
Keeping care of yourself is the only way we’ll be able to fight off this epidemic. Yes, it’s going to be EVERYWHERE your teenager goes to, but a virus doesn’t like to fight a battle, and if it sees that you’re too strong for it, it’ll just die or not even bother.
